How to Write Headlines so Irresistible Big Money Clients Are Begging You to Write for Them

Want to know the difference between highly sought-after writers and the talented but unrecognized nobody struggling to get paid?

In a word:

Headlines.

This might sound crazy, but your headlines impact the popularity of your articles more than every other factor combined. It’s been scientifically proven, and I’ve found it to be true in day-to-day work as well.

If you want to become a highly paid writer, or even a popular writer in general, you need to learn how to write powerful headlines. Unfortunately, most writing books are unforgivably sparse on how to do it, so I went out and got one of the best in the business to teach us how it’s done.

His name is Jon Morrow. He helps run the world’s most popular website on online marketing, Copyblogger.com, which generates more than 3 million page views per month. He’s also one of the highest-paid writers on the web, earning more than $5,000 for every article he writes.

And his headlines are one of the reasons why. On average, he spends at least two hours on his headlines alone, and it’s resulted in one third of the articles he writes going viral and bringing hundreds of thousands of visitors.

How, exactly, does he write them?

On Thursday, February 2 at 12 PM Pacific, he’s going to tell us. I’ll be interviewing him for an hour, and then we’ll be doing Q&A afterward, so if you’d like to listen in, and especially if you’d like a chance at asking Jon a question, be sure to register to the right.
